The Code of Ethics
The Lake Superior Area REALTORS® is a private trade association and those real estate licensees who choose to become a member of the REALTOR® Association voluntarily agree to abide by a Code of Ethics. The REALTORS® Code of Ethics imposes duties above and in addition to those imposed by law or regulation which apply only to real estate professionals who choose to become REALTORS®. Hearings are conducted by specially trained and experienced members.
